Privacy Policy
I want you to know exactly what happens to the information you entrust to me. Below I describe it in the simplest possible terms.
1. Who is the controller of your data
The controller of personal data collected through this website is Krzysztof Wojciechowski, operating at 10 THE MEWS COLTMAN STREET HU3 2SZ, hereinafter the “Controller”.
Contact regarding personal data: PolskiemediumwUK@proton.me, tel. +44 7405 745273.
2. What data we collect and why
Contact form. We collect your first name, surname, e-mail address, subject and message content. Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange a meeting. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and (f) (legitimate interest – conducting correspondence).
Sessions, workshops and courses. If you arrange a meeting, we process the data necessary to carry it out: name, contact details, agreed date. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Session recordings. Sessions are recorded so that you can return to what was said. A recording is made only with your knowledge and consent, is passed to you, and the Controller does not share it with third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), which you may withdraw at any time.
Technical data. The server stores standard logs (IP address, date and time of visit, browser type) to ensure the security of the site.
3. How long we keep your data
We keep correspondence from the form for as long as is necessary to handle the matter, and then for a maximum of 12 months. Data related to billing is kept for the period required by tax regulations. Session recordings are kept only for the time needed to pass them on to you.
4. Who we share your data with
Your data may be processed by entities that provide technical services to us:
- OVH – website and mailbox hosting (servers in the European Union),
- Proton AG – e-mail service (Switzerland),
- Google – displaying business profile reviews and maps,
- Zoom – if the session takes place online.
We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes. Your data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Your rights
ou have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).
To exercise these rights, write to the address given in point 1.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), and in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
6. Cookies
The site uses cookies necessary for it to work properly (including remembering your chosen language version) and cookies used by external services such as Google (displaying reviews and maps).
You can change your cookie settings in your browser at any time – block or delete them. Disabling some cookies may, however, affect how the site works.
7. Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (SSL). Only the Controller has access to correspondence and contact details. Topics discussed during sessions are treated as fully confidential.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if regulations or the way the site operates change. Last updated: 29 August 2026.
